Need Help MJ won't connect to network

Purchased a HP Neoware e90 TC 1GB/512mb OFF EBAY. Sold as "MagicJack Ready". Anyway I attached keyboard mouse, Monitor and MJ then plugged into power and fired it up. Booted right to windows. MJ started as it should. My phone number and 911 info display as do the Adverts on the soft phone. However I do not get any phone connectivity. The error message is cannot connect to the internet double click here. I do that a screnn appears that asks for my log on info put that in and it goes back to tthe softphone and still no connectivity. I made sure I had the latest update installed too. So I unplugg MJ and put it back on my PC and it works just fine. This leads me to beleive that there is something about the TC that is causing the problem, but I don't know where to look. Any ideas???

Edit: Solved the problem It was a firewall issue, all is good. Now lets see if we can reduce the use of electricity in the house!

I had it all working before the update a few weeks ago. It now works perfectly on my Desktop PC. But when I plug it back on the TC it tells me that a special update will be downloaded in the next fer seconds and dont make any calls. But it also tells me to connect to the internet and double click "here" But nothing happens. It says I am not connected to the internet...BUT I can go to My Magicjack on the internet so I must be connected.

What the heck has happened???
