certain numbers MJ will not call

I try to call my aunt and it will says trying and it gets to 2 seconds and then disconnects. I call other numbers and it works fine. But hers works fine half the time as well. Any advice on this? I am still dealing with the beeping sounds and tech support giving me the run around and now i got this problem. I tried re starting the magicjack and it does nothing. Thanks in advance for your help.

AM I the only one having this problem? ANyone? Magicjack keeps having me do the same things over an over again and I am not getting nowhere.

I am trying to call a T-mobile number without success , i am not sure if MJ the one to blame , ot the other companies blocking MJ.

I know on my end its not the other companies because sometimesd the calls will go through. Also, sometimes my magicjack mutes me now.

I can call my T-Mobile cell phone without any problems.

LOL is that the only phone that dont give you problems? Do you have problems with other numbers?
