[TIP] Use MagicJack hardware with ANY VOIP software

Post by CaptSmokey6 »

I found a program that lets you use the magicjack hardware with any VIOP software. You can use this program for VOIP software like Dialpad, Net2phone, STanaphone, MSN, Netmeeting, Yahoo, Google, Globe7, and many more. Oh, and when you have notepad open, and you pick up the phone and push the number buttons, it will type the numbers on to notepad. Anyways, you can get the program from the link below.

go to http://www.tjnet.com/software/index.htm and look for "Tjinit ver12.00"

It will have the following description:
The TJ init Utility has been developed to enable third party VOIP applications (such as Dialpad, Net2phone,STanaphone, Msn, Netmeeting...) to use our hardware without modify their software."
After downloading and installing the software, launch your favorite VOIP program first, then launch the TJ init program, then configure your favorite VOIP program to use "USB Internet Phone by TigerJet" as a default audio and default recording device.

EDIT: Oh, i almost forgot. When you want to dial the phone number, you will need to open your VIOP program's window, and click on the area where you type, then on your phone, dial the number you want, and then hit the "#" button twice.

My apologies if this is already posted.

What If I were already working on an open Notepad file that was unrelated to the VOIP task? Would it overwrite onto that document?
