What can I do with my MJ since its banned in korea?

I have the magicjack, and the only way I can use it is to Hotspot Shield... Is there a way I can pair it with a free service to call landline's ? I've read the stickies but I don't see anything to what I'm looking for...

The thing about using Magicjack with Skype means you have to pay for the Skype service

... Is there anyway to change the ports that magicjack uses that my ISP has banned in korea?
