can not change mail address for voice mail

I added a new mail address for my account which has more than one magicjac phone number and I changed the voice mail to the new mail address but I still got the voice mail messages to the old mail address, Can anyone help me for this problem?

I had the same problem a while back. Had to contact MagicJack tech support and they had to reset my voicemail to get the email changes to take affect. Because of the vm reset, I had to call my vm and reset my password, annoucement, etc.

Kinda defeats the whole purpose of being able to change our email addresses ourselves from the website.
