Best Phone?

Post by bot2600 »

Are there any 'better' choices for phones for magic jack? Are there specific phones that work well with it? I had unusable quality for the last couple of months and spent a couple hours doing live chat support today when they finally 'did some things on their side' that got me decent sound quality again, though the volume is pretty low. I think I have everything tweaked as well as I can and wanted to know if I could bring it to 'just a bit better than it is now' by a better choice of phone.

Suggestions?

Thanks

I saw a post somewhere in this forum that said that GE phones don't get the beeping issue.

I went with the v-tech phone. The volume is still really low though and I think I have just about given up on the whole magic jack thing. I guess when they say 'too good to be true' the tend to mean it.
