Ok, so seems most people like the "Music on Hold feature, but it is particularly annoying in my case - is there a way to disable it?
Case in point, getting some of these 'random' occurrences of call being put randomly on hold. When that happened while I was on a conference call, we had to completely close out the call since the 'orphaned' call kept playing music even after I hung up, reset my MJ, and dialed back in!

I guess that's what Dan meant by "Phantom Calls"? lol
There is absolutely no way in hell to turn off the music on hold feature (that I know of). Sorry. I know, it's a pain in the butt sometimes.
