Legality of MJ in other countries?

Post by vnecaxa »

does anyone have an idea of why MJ could be ilegal in Mexico or any other country? There is company in Mexico that sells "modified" magicJack at $120 dollars each and they were telling me that I had to exchange my MJ purchased in the USA for theirs because mine was illegal in Mexico. They said that the mexican FCC can trace my MJ number and I could be sued by the government. They say that every MJ they sell is registered and approved by the mexican FCC and that is why they are charging $120 each. I say it's BS, what do you guys think?

Sonunds too far fetched, especially when they have a conflict of interest (selling MJs)

lol.. But some ISPs from other countries block the usage of the magicJack though.. Examples of the countries are, Korea, Dubai, and Trinidad and Tobago.. The ISPs on those said countries are blocking the magicJack and they don't give an explanation.. (Maybe competetion issues)

How can the ISP block usage of MJ? Do they have to know your telephone number?

Actually it's not the number that they are blocking, but the ports that the magcJack uses..

I finally received a letter from the mexican FCC telling me that magicJack is totally legal for use or sale in Mexico without any type of conditions or reservations.
