I am new to MJ and not very Technical
Please advise me if there is any way that we can connect the MJ directly to either the modem or the router with out the PC or Laptop?

No. You need a computer and a telephone in order to be able magicJack. Ooma and TK6000 can be connected to the modem or the routher without the need of a computer but they are significantly more expensive than MJ.
