Softphone still fails to logon MJ account

Hi,

Previously using pmdump I was able to find out the password of my MJ and was able to login using either x-lite or Iphone (siphon). But after sometime in mid of Jun/09, it no longer work as failure to authenticate. Lately, I see some posts indicating that some users are able to logon using Iphone-Ipico or other softphone.

I thought maybe MJ has automantically changed the password or method of authentication; therefore, it no longer work. I just downloaded the new password finder v2. I ran pm.exe and found out the password, noticed that the password is the same as previously one I have. I did follow direction of those posts indicate that working - Aug-Sept/09), but still no luck geting the x-lite and softphone on Iphone to authenticate

Any suggestion would be great. Thanks.

Check the threads dealing with MJMD5 proxy which provides the xtra authentication you need. Requires another "PC" (which can be laptop, thin client, or certain routers) to run the proxy 24/7.
