Which Ports to Open???

I have isolated (at least I think) the problems I have had with MJ to my hardware firewall in my SMC Router. If I turn the firewall off, MJ works fine (limited testing so far). I don't want to leave my firewall off though. Which Ports does MJ use? I can set up port forwarding, but don't know which ones to forward. Any help is appreciated. I'd imagine the answer is out here somewhere, but I could not find it via search.

The ports that the magicJack uses are UDP 5060 and 5070.. If it does not work, you may broaden the ranges a little bit..

Thanks for the help. Anyone out there familiar with setting up an SMC barricade router to work with MJ? I've set-up 5070 and 5060 as trigger ports, but if I turn on the firewall, the phone still does not work right. Turn off the firewall, and all is well. I just need to figure out how to let MJ through.

I set both 5070 and 5060 as trigger ports and then had 5070 and 5060 as public ports, both with UDP. I'm not a wizz at router settings, if I wanted to broaden the port range a bit, how do I do that? What would be a bit? Something like 5050-5070 for port 5060, or 5000-7000?? Any help is appreciated.

Oh, is there anyway to check and see that those ports are open once I've done it? Granted my router tells me they are forwarded, but it would be nice to be able to check it in some way.

OK, spent some time with support chat, even went as far as having a guy take control of my computer. Did not try anything I hadn't already attempted. Recommendation was to keep the Router Firewall off, just use the software firewall I have.

There must be someway to allow MJ to work with an SMC router firewall. Any help is appreciated.
