installed MJ now windows media player has no soumd

Hi all,

I installed MJ now windows media player has no sound , my media juke box don't work I have no sound on the net when I watch the NFL high-lites
on NFL.com. I did system restore and then all worked. put MJ back on an had the same trouble?????? O an the MJ did seam to work fine I made three calls.

Please help,

MJ support helped after two of them. MJ removed my sound device, I had to reselect my sound device in sound & audio and now all seems well.
