Voicemail does not pick up

All,
I got my MJ yesterday, dialing outbound and receiving calls is working perfect. I was setting up my voicemail greetings and I actually received a call while I was doing this, I heard the call waiting tone and sent it to voicemail...Everything great till here!. Then I accidentally ran into changing password and typed again 1234 (the default one). I hung up and went back to test. Unfortunately, when I call voicemail from the PC, it gives you a split second calling tone and hangs up. I tried call my number from my MJ number and did same thing. People call me and the voice mail is not working at all. The only thing that works is forwarding. I really want to use the voicemail feature, it is kind of a must since I turn off my PC at night and during the day when I go to work and I want to know if someone calls. Thanks for all the help! I would contact MJ online chat and have them reset your Voicemail. Of course this means you need to set your own message and your password resets to 1234..

DO NOT do anything else they suggest ( I.E. formating your MJ or the like as it has NOTHING to do with the voice mail, which is on THEIR end).
