Error 400- Please restart your magicjack and try again

Hi,
I have a magicjack connection and recently I had it renewed. Now when am trying to login tomake calls, it is hsowing Error 400. PLease help me resolve this error.

did you also extend it for another year? we seem to have exactly the same problem. have u tried live chat? can you get through? i've been trying to get technical help from them for almost a week now but i can't get through their live chat...

This issue is resolved. I went through one of the previous live chats and came to know that refreshing the account would solve the issue. I called the help desk and they had refreshed the account. Now it works fine

hello again. i just have to ask how you resolved this issue? how did you "call" the help desk? is there a toll free number or something? I can't get through live chat - and i really don't know why. when i click on the live chat icon, the new chat window just stays blank.

You certainly exhibit an unique combination of ignorance and persistence. Have you tried the mj live chat link with the latest Firefox? You obviously have a fractured JAVA implementation that is inhibiting your chat function.

Your issues go well beyond anything related to MJ so get your underlying OS issue resolved first and you will likely not need to contact MJ support.
