Do you mean to ask if it's possible to reveal blocked Caller ID info? There is no way I know of.
If you are having a problem with blocked callers harassing you, I would recommend MagicBeans from Magicbeans.com.
You have to pay $13.00 for the software, but it lets you either kill blocked number calls, or shunt them to voicemail, among other advertised features. I haven't tried it yet, but will probably get around to it.

I'm sorry to hear of your situation.
I can't speak definitively on the subject, as I'm a bit of a newbie. Perhaps one of the board veterans will chime in.
However, I believe that if it is possible, then it would be a feature of the Magic Beans software, and it is not. That leaves me doubtful about his claim.

I was just reading on the subject. It is very easy to forward a Magic Jack number to any other number. Here is a trick that could be used. He could pay for a 1800 number, then forward his MJ number to it.
Here's what I found:
"Taking advantage of another telephone company feature, call forwarding, some telephone customers have call forwarded their local phone numbers to a toll-free number. When the local number is called by a customer who is blocking their caller ID, the local number is forwarded to a toll-free number, where the number of the calling party is passed on to and the owner of the local number can receive the information."
Maybe you should set yourself up with a free Google Voice number and use it as the bridge. www.google.com/voice. You can make GV dial the father's number, then dial your phone. Of course, you'd still have to change your current phone number...

Yes, this can be done by forwarding the call to a toll-free number then identify the original phone# through ANI(Automatic Number Identification). Has nothing to do with Magicjack actually.
Google Voice is one good option, you can also get a PAYG outgoing only VoIP account for these calls -- most likely he will get a public shared phone# of that VoIP company and no way to call you back.

Thanks to some people at this message board I have a Google Voice mail number. I can block calls and I have my new GV number forwarded to my MJ. This means my old Mg number I wanted changed but still works for 30 days, and My new MJ number all go right to my GV phone. I have my cell phone number forwarded on GVM. I have GV mail forwarded on my cell, so I can hear the phone ring. All calls will then go to my GVM.. I can send the phone number as spam, or block it. Though the one number my mom called from an unknown number. I was not able to block it but I reported as spam, which means my phone will not ring from my mother and all her voice messages go to my spam In-box. Also you can go to contacts in your GV phone mail and set up the phone number with name, then block the phone number. I do not have to worry about my computer being on all the time because all calls are forwarded to my GV number on my magic jack phone forward feature. Yes there are ways to block the number, it's called GVM...and it's all free for US and Canada. No credit card required. This is cool.

FWIW, blocked numbers (*67) cannot be picked up even by the local authorities. At least that's what the Cypress, California PD told me. Calling an 800#, however is a different story. Because the 800# provider is paying for the call, they have a right to know who is calling, according to a ruling by the FCC. Although you can no longer block your MJ with *67, when you could, it would still come through to an 800#.
However, back in the good old days when you could still spoof your MJ number, you could spoof your number even to an 800#. I have not tested the spoof card to see if it works with 800 numbers and would be very interested in anyone's results with same.
