I have google voice mail..And I have magic jack and my cell phone..
Anyway when my moms messages come in because it's from an unknown number it won't let me block it..And when I put to spam..I still keep getting unknown number in my GVM inbox and it's still from my mother..I did change my cell phone, however if she wanted to pay she could prob get the new number. I just want to know if there is someway I can block unknown calls in my GVM? Remember the block feature will not work for these kinds of calls and if I place in spam..i still get her messages because the number is unknown..
Thanks..
Is there away to block unknown calls on GVM For MJ?

I just searched for your problem at GV. I haven't read deeply yet, but it seems others share your problem. Here is one solution offered, so far. It's not perfect, but it's something:
"I think you need to use the 'whitelist' method. Put all of your known contacts in one or more Groups. Then, on the Phones screen, uncheck all of your phones from forwarding. Then, you can set forwarding rules for your phones for the Groups. This way all unknown callers will go straight to voicemail, but a known caller from one of your Groups will get forwarded as you specified for the Group. If you get a legit caller and want them to be able to ring through, add the caller to one of your Groups."
Hope this helps.
