MJ working on my laptop but not my PC (Windows XP)

I'm running into an issue where my MJ works fine on my Dell laptop loaded with XP, but when I attempt to use the MJ on my pc it recognizes it but it has no sound on either end of the call.
I read the forum and thought it was the issue of using a different USB port, but that didn't help. I also checked to ensure that the MJ was not defaulting to headphone.
I've also run majicfix and added the websites as 'trusted' but still no luck. Can anyone recommend anything differently?

I would try reinstalling the USB Audio drivers. You can find them in the downloas sticky just above this thread.
