disconnecting calls

I type all day for a living and I can't tell you how many times my phone will ring that I will inadvertently disconnect the call. I know there is a combination of keystrokes that I must be typing at the time the call is coming in that is disconnecting the call, but I type over 100 wpm so I have no way of knowing which keys I'm typing that is doing this! I tried communicating this with the Magic Jack people and after not knowing the answer said they'd turn it over to someone else and that's been a few months now and I've not heard anything. thankfully the call goes into voice mail but this is annoying! What keys am I typing that is disconnecting the call?

Most likely A for accept call, space bar and or the enter key. Any and all of them will select the default accept key. Happens to me all the time and yes can be a P.I.T.A.!!

so is there anyway to disable the keystroke(s)? It would seem you should be able to turn on/turn off keyboard action!

Other than blocking the MJ pop up none that I know of. BUT even then I don't know if you block it from popping up if it will still see the keystrokes. One can only try.
Do a search here for Magicblock ( I think it is called). It was made to stop the MJ softphone from popping up when you get a call.
I am sure someone else here may have a better solution for you if that doesnt work
