I dont buy it that they are in West Palm Beach, FL

I would think outside the U.S. At the price we pay to use the service there's no way they could afford to pay people even minimun wage and expect to make a profit in the long run.

excuse me! in the US. They barely talk mostly copy, paste. plus look at their names so not americans. they barely know anything about west palm beach (thats where they claim to be).

There was a poster here that claimed to be from the original support team in India and claimed it was still located there but with a different company.

India. Some english words they use are british and some of the names are used by indian nationals. maybe some of the 3-4 level techies are based on Florida, but first and second contact tech support are based in India.

The names they use are not likely their own but "screen" names. Many can't even type in logical English so it's quite possible they come from Florida - but I doubt it. Most likely India or some 3rd world country where wages are even lower than they are in Florida
