Ringing

Hi
Everytime I get an in coming call from Georgia or Canada it is one constant long ring and when I answer no one is there...Since I know who is calling I can call them back with no problem...It seems to work fine when I call my Magic jack number from my cell. Everyone says when they call, that number is not working. I have talked to tech support several times....we do the same thing over and over...download software...etc....Is it because my computer is old....5 years and the usb ports arent fast enough?

You can try a powered usb hub and see if that helps. I'm running MJ on a 7 year old computer so the age should not make a difference. The other thing I can think of is to change the priority of MJ from normal to high and see if that helps.
