wifi download vs upload speeds and voice quality.

My condo wifi has now got download speeds at 1200kbps and upload speeds at about 120kbps.Using magicjack on xp I have no problems hearing my caller but they complain I am breaking up on their end.Is this a direct result of the wide difference between my download and upload speeds? Thanks

120K should be enough provided that is all your using it for. Try running a voip test. http://www.whichvoip.com/voip/speed_test/ppspeed.html See what your connection looks like.
