Software won't load on Win7 "Guest" user

Software won't load on Win7 "Guest" user
I'm trying to setup a win7 computer for guests at a resort but the software won't load. I'm guessing it has to do with guest mode limiting access to software installation. Anyone know of a workaround for this or what the issue may be? Thanks
