Hi, I've renewed my majic jack for one year but it still shows that your service has expired on left side of window. on starting it gives message that "starting please wait" but after seconds it says "Please connect to the internet and double click here".
I've dial tone and when I dial number it dials but after that nothing happens.
could you give me any sugestions?
I've opened ports in my router and it asks for IP address of server and I don't have IP address of magic jacj server.
Please help me.
