Renewal order trouble .....unable to extend license

I have contacted tech chat support several times to resolve an order problem to extend license on magicjack and escalation referred to both engineering and billing and I have no answers from either referral. Any ideas? AddRenewal QuickOrder Problem: K (oracle_magicjack:live) I used multiple credit cards and multiple browers to try to place a renewal order.
