My Sony VAIO desk top running Windows home version of XP will not let me get past" Found New Hardware Wizard". The wizard wants to search somewhere for software. Is there a way to load magic jack software from a different location? Or, how I get around this hardware Wizard? I was looking through past postings but it seems that they start after at least getting the basics loaded up. I cannot get to square one. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
