How to call an already established conference number

I tried to call a conference call tonight and I couldn't.

When I call the number from my home phone, the correct conference call center answers. When I call the same number from my magicJack, I get the magicJack conference call center. They are not the same call center.

After getting increasingly upset with repeated chat sessions trying to get to the bottom of this problem, I was told that magicJack reserves the right to block any call you try to place.

The only reason I bought this device was because I need to join a conference call for one hour every day. The call is a long distance call, so I hoped to save the long distance costs.

One of the chat operators mentioned that I could get the call provider to send an Email to some magicJack Email address to allow the call to go through. Does anyone know of any help?

OK, thanks, I did find the postings from Aug 19, 2009 on this subject.

Four chat sessions later and I'm returning it. At least I found out while I'm still in my 30-day free trial.

Seems like a good product idea; but there really needs to be a way to warn new purchasers.
