Strange Message Broadcastes !!

Greetings:

On every call I get a "Power Recording On" broadcast with female voice and it really freaked me out and the worst thing is I use this line for my work too and
is really embarrassing since the other party hears it as well.

Any idea/solution would be greatly appreciated.

MJ doesn't have a recording feature (except for voicemail), so it must be coming from something hooked with your telephony service, like another piece of software. What is your MJ attached to, what OS are you running, is there any other software you're running added to your MJ, etc.? Also, does this happen only with incoming, or also with outgoing?

I had this problem with the first magicjack I ever purchased back in 2007. Once I removed the aluminum foil encasing my keyboard my troubles disappeared. That, along with plugging the magicjack into the USB port of my router.
