Contract expiration date

Post by vbpro »

Greetings,

I bought the MagicJack last year and believe my contract is about to expire. I would like to find out my contract expiration date but can't seem to find it after logging into my MagicJack account on the internet. Please tell me how to find the contract expiration date.

Thanks.

Has anyone let their license expire? Does your phone service immediately stop functioning once this happens?

My MJ page doesn't show an "account information" section or an expiration date and I tried on two different browsers. Is anyone else seeing this?

(sorry for the necro bump but I'd rather post in an existing thread than start a new one)

And yes I went to the renewal section of the site and there was no date posted there either.

Your account page has changed in the past few months. Now you should see a section for "Renewal" once you entered my.magicjack.com. In there, you should see a button that says, "To de-activate Auto Renewal, Click Here" (or something like that - it's been a while since I deactivated it). Click on the button and the next page should show the renewal date (red type in a black background).

Ohh the AUTO-renewal. I was thinking renewal as in renewing one's account for one year or 5. Geez. lol

Thanks, I did see my renewal date in the area where you opt in or out of auto renewal.
