does anyone know how to change the user agent value that goes out when usin mjproxy? i compiled from source bu the user agent comes up as the xlite agent im using, so mj wont respond as it does not have the correct user-agent value.
is there a new source of code for mjproxy that changes the useragent value before sending to mj?
i know that on asterisk you can have the user-agent value changed in the trunk settings, but im using 3cx on a windows box, and it does not have that functionality.
thanks

Re: mjproxy user-agent not correct
The user-agent string is NOT required for authentication and it does NOT originate within the mjproxy code.kitkat0981 wrote:does anyone know how to change the user agent value that goes out when usin mjproxy? i compiled from source bu the user agent comes up as the xlite agent im using, so mj wont respond as it does not have the correct user-agent value.

If you are having authentication or authorization problems don't blame the user-agent value. Look elsewhere...
