Anyone else getting the "contacts not downloading" problem today? My MJ worked fine earlier today and the last few days, but now I tried restarting it and it still isn't downloading contacts.
Oh, and since MJ updated their software recently to no longer save the addressbook locally (formerly addressbook.xml), I don't have access to my addressbook and guess what? I don't memorize everyone's number! Thanks MagicJack :-/ Without the ability to download contacts or access my addressbook locally, the product is essentially worthless to me.
BTW, I sent an email about this limitation to Dan a few weeks ago. Absolutely no response. I can't be bothered to contact their tech support. I mean, what in the world are they gonna do about it anyway?

No problem here. Contact list has been loading fine since the last update.
I would try emailing [email protected] again... Of course it could just be a server glitch which will clear up on it's own in a day or 2..
I agree about it being a bad idea of OUR contact list no longer resident on OUR pc's!!
