Hi
I have a Wyse Winterm WT9450XE TC I am trying to set up to work with a MJ. I think I have corrupted something as Magicjack first installed ok, but I did not have a telephone option. In attempting to add the needed USB driver "USBAudio.Driver" I must have corrupted something when using write filter enable . as now MJ no longer boots and gives me a "file corrupt or unreadable error" and trying to run mjremover gets me the same "file corrupt or unreadable error" and then tells me to run chkdsk, which is not present.
I have even tried to reflash the unit which is sp1 to sp2 with my "store n go" memory stick, but cant get it to boot up from the USB stick no matter how the bios is set.
The computer seems to run ok other than Magicjack not being able to run but I can't past the corrupted file problem to fix MJ.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Wyse Winterm WT9450XE corrupt problem needs missing chkdsk?

I have tried that but it doesn't ever want to boot from the USB stick. It's a Verbatim Store N Go stick. I wonder if that might be the problem?Alpman wrote:To get it to boot from USB you must be plugged into one of the rear main ports and set BIOS to USB ZIP drive...don't ask why, but it should work.

I now have the chkdsk problem fixed, and MJ is installed , but I no longer have an audio device according to Windows and MJ. The audio device IS there, and it shows up when it boots up, but it isn't there in Windows. "Windows Sounds and audio devices" does not show an audio device however. This one REALLY has me stumped.
