outbound call disconnects at 5:12 min on display. tech support suggested lot of stuff, nothing worked (port forwarding 5060 and 5070, etc). i am using linksys router. faced similar disconnect problems with hard wire connection as well. any help or anyone faced similar problems?
Chances are its your Linksys. Some firmware has been known to do exactly what is happening to you. Try going to the Linksys site and see if there is an updated firmware for you to flash. You can also do a search on here for Tomato for more info.
I had the same problem; the Mj would disconnect after 5 min. about 40 % of the time. (It was always 5 min.; never 2 ,7 or any other number). The only thing that solved the problem for me was to change the computer.
