your contacts were not downloaded

For over a year,I've been using "Magic-Jack".
Recently, Magic-Jack had updated their USB units to V1.9* and Since then,I've lost all my contacts.When I start Magic Jack I'm geting message,"your Contacts were not downloaded".I've Spent two weeks in the chatroom with several technicians but the problem has not been resolved.

Running XP-SP3

Please help if you can.
