trouble to register magic jack

I am trying to register a magic jack
the window opens up and tells me to click to register but
when I click on it nothing happens it stays in the same spot
it does not go to the next step ( please help ) :

Sounds like yours and mine came from the same batch!


In the Windows Start menu button,
select or type Run.

In Run type in AppData and press enter.

Click Roaming.

Inside double click on folder called "mjusbsp".

In there double click on folder called "ug00000".

In there double click on the icon called "setup".
