I pay for uninterrupted service as per federal law for any VOIP service or telephony service unless determined to be interrupted by unforseen issues so... you know what happens next . Unless I'm a fool like you and let a company do what they want with my paid service. Have your sister read the MJ TOS for you. Also have her teach you how to use the search feature of the forum where you would have found a plethora of threads discussing your issue. Huff and puff all you want, you explicitly agreed to this limitation before MJ agreed to let you use their system. Also ask your syster to instruct you why there is fine print in all these agreements that you blithely avoid or rush thru.

BTW, our boy Dan has more attorneys at his beck and call than you have members in 5 generations of your family tree.
I am sure your sister will be real eager to pursue civil litigation where, by contractual arrangements stipulated in the TOS to which you swore allegiance, the monetary damages are proscribed to the measly $20 you paid.

I don't understand how you have a case since the terms of service state there is a 120 minute call limit. You accepted that when you registered with magicJack.
