Transfering mj to antoher mj device.

I have a mj device that is flaking out on me(falls out of the usb port alot, blue light does not coming on consistenly) and would like to port my existing number to a new mj device. Is this possible?

You MUST contact MJ tech chat BEFORE you plug in the new device and have them move the number to new/replacement device. See if you can connive to have them replace it free or $10 charge.
