Does anyone know how to change the password for my account my.magicjack.com. I do not see any place to change the password after I login!

You may want to try contacting online support. I would be curious as to see IF they ask you for some way to prove you are you. Meaning what is to stop ANYONE from saying they are someone and get a password changed and access to an account.

i believe if you go in to your account and in the account email and add a new email and remove the older one it will be the new pass you pick for the new email but i dont know im just guessing

It is just surprising that they do not allow you to change the password through the account after login! Just wondering if they are going to fix this... ever!

Hi Friends,
Yes, You can change password for your my.magicjack.com without changing email address. You will only need to login to your my.magicjack.com account then follow the given steps .

Click on Details under Account email and you have to click on Add new email address. In place of new email address you have to write the same email address which you used to login and then write a new password in new password and confirm password and click on Next.
Then your password will be changed .

Do you also sell ice in the Winter?? WHAT THE HECK does what you said have anything to do with the orig post as most if not all MJ users know this. WHY?? Since they post this all the time on your softphone advert.
