MagicJack program will not down load?

I tryed to install MJ on a think Pad T-60, Windows 7. It starts to download the MJ program, but in a few secones it stops and the MJ download icon disappears. What now?

Get rid of the spyware and other intruders from your PC. Details within this forum and elsewhere...

Where do I look to find out how to get rid of spyware and other intruders so I can install MJ program? :?

Do you have any free anti-virus and/or spyware software running on your ThinkPad (AVG, SpyBot, Ad-Aware, etc.)? If you do, run those programs to get rid of any spyware and viruses that may be in your system.

OK, I run McAfee, Malwarebt, Registry Mechanic and Spybot and MJ still did not down load? Is there any think more I can do? :(
