What can I do to make my computer monitor come on?

I've had MJ about 3 weeks and loving it! My only problem is I can't get my monitor to "wake" up when I receive a call without moving the mouse. Is there a setting I missed? Is it my phone? I am using an XP home PC.

No, you haven't missed anything - it doesn't wake up your monitor because of the way that Microsoft implemented energy saver mode. The monitor wakes up when there is input from the keyboard or the mouse. You might google and see if there are any tweaks to this behavior but I know of known off the top of my head.

I thought I had something set wrong. I set MJ up on my Mom's Windows 7 computer, and her monitor comes on when she receives a call. Maybe it's something with XP. Thanks.

Check your BIOS power settings and see if there's a "wake up with USB input", or something like that.
