I was given a MJ from a family member, is there anyway to change the info?

To change your 911 location, bring up the softphone and click on the radio button just to the right of the current location (beside the 911 button). Click on "Add a New Location" and enter your address.
To change your email address, etc., MJ has on the account, you'll need to click on "My", just above the red End button on the softphone, which will take you to the MyMagicJack page. You'll need your family member's login info at this point. You won't be able to change the account name the MJ is registered under without contacting MJ Support, and I'm honestly not sure they can change it.
