Calling some (585) numbers fail

Hello.. we had magicjack for almost a year now.. And never had a problem with it.. But lately.. within a month or so.. My girlfriend keeps trying to call her father and her 2 brothers and all she gets is a busy signal.. Any other phone calling those numbers works.. It's weird because I can call any of my friends with it in the 585 area code with no problems.. Seem like some how those numbers are blocked.?? IDK.. Or magicjack is having problems in that area.. Anyone else have that problem.. And a possible fix?
