Iphone 3g 16gb

Post by sandman2 »

I have been poking around here for couple of days now, think I have read the posted that are related to me. OK here goes!

iphone 3g 16gb jailbroke and unlocked- siphon 2.3rc4 iinstalled- magicjack active account-ran SIPDump 4x to obtain username (phone # with a E at the beginning and 01 at the end) password 20 character ( VHROA6DxxxxxxGT6627D hope this is it?) and ip addy 67.xxxxxxx. When try to add this info into settings/Siphon i get Credentail failedd to authenticate when I try to make a call. I have tried every combinations posted here to set up a SIP account that I found without success. Could someone please post a link to best SIP setup or clue me in on what stupid thing that i must be missing. This is my first try of six to come (family all over the world), hope I can figure it out with your help. Thanks in advance!

Finding this site is like finding gold, cant beleive that I had this great idea to use magic jack on a iphone and you guys been doing for years. I have been reading here for a couple of days now and it appears this is THE site of all sites on this matter.

Are you using the version that can be found in cydia ? if your answer is yes then you are using the wrong version. If your answer is no then did you remember to turn the magicjack toggle on?

Here you will find another post that talks about this bit of software hope this helps.

Cydia-no -Downloaded from link you posted on page two of that thread.
Toggle-on
neo2121 you are the person I hoped would answer. The link you provided has been my bible for two days, my questions is what info goes where? Your screen shot shows server=67.xx.xx.x...x but the post below shows talk4free.
Poxy server 67.xx.x.x.x.x.x.5070 the post below says Proxy Server = proxy1.city.talk4free.com:5070

And does the password and other info look OK? Thanks again, maybe in a few weeks i will be able to help someone! LOVE THIS SH*T

It was amazing I love it I don't shell out money to go tot he movies very often. i only went just because even rotten tomatoes said it was good. It seems kind of long but great story and just the right amount of action, I recommend it to any one that is a fan of that type of movie.

Problem solved!!!

The problem was that I was in Peru and for some reason Siphon did not like it. As soon as I got back with the same settings as there Boom working. Thanks neo2121 for all your help, you were the only one with any input...thanks again.

there is a chance that they have blocked voip over their data network. Also magicjack has changed their authentication.
