MJ Problem - please help

Just installed Magic Jack on my Windows Vista. I got a phone number and now all it says is "Signing in..." and does not sign in. After about 5minutes it says "Please connect to the internet and double click here [error 3]"
funny thing is i am connected to the internet.

Also i dont know if this means anything but if im playing music on my computer and pick up the phone i will hear it on the phone. No dial tone.

Please help!

Im sorry i've been searching all night to fix this problem. Do you know what i have to do in order for Magic Jack to work properly?

Go to "search" at the top of this page and type in error 3.
