HOW TO DISABLE ANONYMOUS CALLS through REGEDIT winXP

after COUNTLESS hours of googling, searching the threads, and doing a REGEDIT search I didn't find ANYTHING! SO I figured I would post the way to see some options on your magicjack through your regedit

this was mainly found b/c I wanted to block the numbers that call ANONYMOUS to my magicjack and I wanted them sent STRAIGHT to VOICEMAIL!

THIS WAS DONE WITH THE MAGICJACK UNPLUGGED!! Might make a difference

go to:
Start/Run/Type: regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/talk4free/USB Softphone/Options/Calling Options

RIGHT-click on AnonymousCallRejection/ click Modify / change Value data from "0" to "1"

click okay. Other features can be changed to where "0" is OFF and "1" is ON

Thanks. That worked, and it did require me to unplug the MJ before it would take.

I'll know tomorrow, if it will stay working after a fresh reboot.

It did carry over after a fresh reboot.

The call goes straight to vm, and you also receive an entry in your call log as a missed call.

This is perfect timing for me, because my 13 year old son has been receiving some mystery anonymous girl giggle hang-up calls, lately.

Yes,the MJ has to be unplugged for this.
I wonder how this is going to affect the incoming international calls.

I just bought MJ, a week ago and could even find where the MJ installs it self.
I looked even in the Registry and had no clue I thank you for your service.
