Contact / Call List is empty? Can't access MJ virtual drives

I guess I'm not the only one with this problem. It happened the morning of August 20th. I saw no apparent update (unless it was a background process) and it is still empty as of today.

Also noticed even though the 2 virtual drives MJ creates are listed, they are NOT accessible. I managed to transfer a copy of my contact list to my hard drive by unplugging it and plugging it back in and copy the file before clicking on start MJ. All the contacts are there it just will not load them.

Adding new contacts is totally useless, after a restart of MJ they are gone again. Apparently the list is stored remotely on their servers. There *should* be an option to store the list locally or import / export the list in case of problems such as this.

If this is an 'unofficial' forum how would anyone ever expect help from anyone from MJ unless they DO monitor this site. It seems highly unlikely though.

As has been mentioned so many times in the past few days, the update may/may not restore your contact list. My wife's was restored on her PC, and I'm still waiting for the update on my PC.

However, once you do get the "Lucky you" update, you'll be able to enter your names and they will be saved (we hope).

And no, MJ Support doesn't normally monitor this forum. They're too busy trying to blow you off in their Chat sessions.

Went to their "fixit" site today and it now sez that you have to reenter your contacts list and from now on it will be saved!
