Just bought MJ but can't receive incoming calls

I can place outgoing calls but when I try to dial my new number I get "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later." Is it because I just installed MJ and it takes some time for the number to start working?

I guess I should have just been a little more patient because it's working for me now.

There's most likely going to be more hiccups with MJ in the near future as they try and merge/roll out their new magictalk service and force updates on us.

I think their new upgrade is messing up the incoming calls. I told magic jack over 20 times chatting with different tech supports low and higher ups and told them the problem is on their end and showed them a link or a few links to sites where people have the same issue. I was very stressed out over all this but i can see now they did the upgrade its really messing things up.

They told me they will show engineers my chat log and they will look into it and i told them just fix the servers that are collecting the incoming calls.
