Broken Storage Error

My Magic Jack was working fine until a software upgrade tried to download about 2 weeks ago. Since then I always get the same broken storage message.

I have chatted with at least 5 agents, it always ends in the chat session being disconnected after about 45 minutes to one hours time and with me still having the same problem.

So far I have unplugged/replugged in numerous times, formatted the Magic Jack, tried different USB ports on the computer, and downloaded every upgrade that each support rep. sent.

I just paid $70 for 5 years of service in July and now I am ready to throw in the towel and request my money back.

Is it possible that my Magic Jack box has went bad?

For one please do a search on broken storage as this has been a problem for many people on here.

Can you try it on another PC to see if the problem stays with your MJ?

The latest update has caused some problems for people but this is the first broken storage I have seem caused by it.
You may also want to try a different USB port, in the rear if possible AND if you are using the extension cord which came with the MJ, please dont as it causes many problems...
