Magic Jack not connecting to certain calls

I have my magic jack registered on a 3cx phone system, but am having problems completing some calls. Some calls go through, some do not. Seams to be area code specific. Any idea as to what is going on?

I have this same problem since the update. Calls withing my area code, 864 connect, then drop withing 5 seconds. calls coming from this area code do the same... If I call a different area code the call will connect about 50% of the time... Since the update. I have tried the magic jack on both my computers and I get the same problem on both.. Most calls drop withing 5 seconds of the recieving party picking up. No matter if that is somone I call or if they call me. They can hear me but I cant hear them. Or rather I can hear them for about 5 seconds, and they can hear me as long as I talk. Can anyone offer some assistance?
