I just registered a new MJ, made a call, and used magicsipac to pull off the info. It gave everything as it should, proxy, username EXXXXXXXXXX01, and password.
However, putting this info into xlite (or any other device) results in an error 401, unauthorized. To make sure this wasn't one of the aforementioned problems, I tried incrementing the username, in fact I used 00 through 10 to be sure. Each of them returned "not found" as they should.
So I dumped the password twice more in case it was rolling, only to find it was the same 20 char password each time. However, the account info still does not work, I get "unauthorized." Ideas?
SIP password incorrect.

Unsure about how familiar you are with running MJ on a BYOD. Are you running MJMD5 on the devices you are trying to register?
