Get busy signal on outgoing calls

I seem to be getting busy signal on most of my out going calls now. Support has ran me around for two days now.

It would have behooved you to have done a search instead of wasting two days with MJ support.

I checked this site out, nothing seems to fit my issue, I am calling landlines, pharmacies, doctors office, calls I would make only once a month, TY for the warm welcome to the site.
